Ditching the "Good Girl" Role & Embracing Fun (It's Essential!)

Hello Beautiful Community!
Someone once shared with me: “You get what you give.”
That someone was my incredible Mom, who taught me so much. But as I look at the threads that connect generations of women, I realize that motherhood—or the divine feminine nurturer energy in all of us—is a journey of choosing which patterns to keep and which ones to ditch.

I was raised, like many in my generation, to be the "good girl," to listen but not always be heard. I chose NOT to pass that on to my three beautiful girls, Gabby, Lexi and CiCi. This season of transition, with two daughters graduating and all three coming back home, reminds me that our work is to evolve and model the change we want to see.
What I came to understand is that Confidence isn’t just something we teach. It’s something we model.
And at the heart of that confidence is courage. The courage to ask for what you need. The courage to communicate clearly, even when it feels uncomfortable.
This is how we show up in our power, whether we are raising children or leading a team.
Speaking of showing up, this season is asking us to embrace three essential life ingredients that make everything feel expansive and fun:

1. Openness is the adventure map.
Ditch the need to control and choose to soften. The most meaningful moments aren't planned—they're unexpected conversations and connections that ask us to be vulnerable in motion.
Openness is the doorway to everything worth having.

2. Play is your secret weapon.
Seriously, it’s not extra credit—it’s essential! Play shifts your chemistry, reduces stress, and brings you back into your body.
Your next adventure isn't something you wait for. It's something you allow.

3. Love is the anchor and the fuel.
At the center of all of it is love—family, connection, moments that are both full and tender.
Love isn't just something we give. It’s something we have to let ourselves receive, and that connection grounds us when everything else is moving.
As we approach Mother’s Day, let’s take a moment to celebrate and honor the divine feminine nurturer energy—the Mother—in all of us.

Our most profound work is modeling the change we want to see, which starts with the courage to be fully seen.
Vulnerability isn’t weakness—it’s your superpower. It’s the doorway to the clarity, truth, and deep connection you crave. By choosing to soften the armor and allowing ourselves to receive the love and support that surrounds us, we embrace this energy.
May we all be confident, accepting ourselves and others with all our beautiful imperfections. When we support each other and lift each other up, we all rise, knowing that you deserve to receive the life that is trying to meet you. Let's create space to be seen—fully, courageously, and with love.
Be well. Do well.
All my best,

Come Experience Breathwork with Me

As we move into May—a season of transition, growth, and renewal—I’m reminded that one of the most powerful ways we can support ourselves through change is through the breath.
Breathwork helps us create space, regulate the nervous system, reconnect to ourselves, and remember that we are worthy of receiving too.

Breathwork helps us create space, regulate the nervous system, reconnect to ourselves, and remember that we are worthy of receiving too.
I’d love to breathe with you this month.
