Rituals & Renewal Holiday Guide

ree

December feels so full, doesn't it? Full of celebrations, full of emotions, full of “one more thing before the year ends.” Every year, I circle back to the same truth: My rituals are what keep me grounded. They’re what help me stay connected to myself instead of getting swept up by the noise.

People often ask me, “What do you use in your own practice? What actually helps you stay calm, clear, and aligned? What do I need to start building my own practice?"

Okay… it’s time I come clean.

I don’t just love rituals — I live by them. My routines, my habits, my breathwork, my clearing practices… they’re the things that stop my wobble in its tracks and bring me back to myself every single time.

So this holiday season, instead of offering “more stuff,” I’m sharing the rituals that truly support me — curated for you. Today I’m sharing with you some proven clearing and beauty secrets I share at my workshops, breathwork, gatherings, etc.

Yes… some clients even invite me to clear their homes because the shift is that powerful.

So here are the simple tools that have held me through some of my busiest seasons, and can support you too.

Most mornings, before emails or rushing around, I light sage or a stick of palo santo. It’s not about smoke; it’s about signaling to my body:

We’re starting fresh today.

That tiny ritual helps me release whatever I carried into the morning.

When I’m feeling stuck or need direction, I pull a card from my oracle deck.

Not for answers, but for reflection.

For a message I might not have slowed down enough to hear on my own.

There’s usually a book on my nightstand, and this year two have stayed with me: The first is A Guide for The Advanced Soul, a companion for anyone stepping into a fuller, deeper version of themselves.

This little book has become one of my go-to gifts—thoughtful, meaningful, and always well-received by friends, family, and clients alike.

I’ve been integrating The Book of Awakening by Mark Nepo into my coaching work for years.  The daily reflections help clients tune into their subconscious and access the exact wisdom they need in the moment.

I also close every MembHership call with a passage, a ritual my community now deeply looks forward to, because it always meets them right where they are. It’s become a trusted anchor of insight, presence, and alignment in our shared growth journey.

Breathwork, of course, is woven through all of this.

Sometimes on a yoga mat, sometimes curled up on my couch, sometimes in the five quiet minutes I can find before bed. Breathwork gives me a way to clear energy instead of carrying it, to create space instead of pressure.

Lauren is a beloved member of our

MembHership community, and I use her Zen by Ren candles every day. They bring warmth, intention, and light into any space. When I want a room to feel grounded and meaningful, I light one.

Hand-poured with love by a small business owner and mom, they’re exactly the kind of creator we love to support. Use code 'Empowher' for 20% off!

People always ask about my skin, and I always point to Heather Bradley, Founder Bradley Beauty.

Heather is the celebrity aesthetician from my Opportuity Knocks Podcast Episode 16, who taught us the magic of dermaplaning. Her Happy Hyaluronic is one of my go-to products.

I’m sharing her holiday offer to you—use code GETHAPPY for a special discount through December 20th.

And because life is also practical, my go-to for an easy “I feel put together” moment is one of the Beautycounter lip jellies. One swipe, and I look like I tried (even on days I very much did not).

Their Countertime travel set is perfect for starting a clean routine on the go.

These are the things I use.

The things that support me.

The things that help me stay connected to myself during a season that can so quickly pull us in every direction.

If you’re building your own rituals for 2026, or want to gift someone a moment of grounding, these are beautiful places to start.

Be well. Do well.

All my best,

ree
