You’re Exhausted.

You Don’t Have to Hold It Alone.

Hello Beautiful Community!
As we move toward June, I’ve been reflecting on how many women are quietly carrying so much right now.

This week, my oldest daughter, Gabby, graduates college (how has it already been four years?!), Lexi, my second, returned home from Miami, and my youngest, CiCi, prepares to graduate 8th grade. It’s a season filled with emotion, transition, logistics, celebrations, planning and love…and if I’m honest, exhaustion too.
And I know I’m not alone. Right, Mamas?
And in the midst of all of it, it’s so easy to lose ourselves in the doing. To stay in motion instead of honoring what we’re actually feeling. I mean, I can’t even keep track of my to-do’s—and boundaries for a No! Let’s be honest, it’s basically a full-body “YES” to my kids…Michelle who?

This time of year, so many women race toward summer trying to hold everything together: the schedules, the emotions, the family needs, the work, the expectations, the invisible mental over-load.
We push through. We override our own needs. We keep giving our energy away. And eventually, the body begins asking us to slow down.
Opportunity Knocks Podcast
That’s why the recent conversations coming out of Soul-Full on the Opportunity Knocks podcast have felt so important.

Sarah Deane reminded us to be aware of where we invest our energy and how easy it is to disconnect from our values while constantly producing, performing, and striving. Success means very little when we lose connection to ourselves in the process.

Dr. Naina Sachdev spoke to the powerful connection between stress, inflammation, hormones, longevity, and whole-body wellness — reminding us that emotional overload eventually becomes physical.

Laura Wilson shared the importance of reconnecting to the body through movement, strength, and embodiment not from punishment… but from presence.

Suze Yalof Schwartz reminded us that creating moments of stillness, awareness, and nervous system regulation is no longer optional — it’s essential. Plus never be afraid to say "hi" to someone!

Pamela Salzman beautifully grounded the conversation in nourishment, simplicity, and learning to care for ourselves in sustainable ways.
The truth is, when our lives drift too far from our values, our bodies eventually tell us.
Exhaustion is not always about doing too much. Sometimes it’s about being disconnected from ourselves while doing it.
This is why I’m so passionate about the Values & Alignment Workshops and coaching work I facilitate. Watching women reconnect to what truly matters, preserve their energy, and come back to themselves is some of the most meaningful work I get to witness.
Maybe this season is not asking you to do more. Maybe it’s asking you to come home to yourself.
