Friends, Clients, Colleagues and my Beautiful EmpowHer Community.
As we close out another powerful year, I want to take a true, intentional pause to say thank you — and to invite you into what I’m calling your Merry Era.
Not the rushed, performative kind of merry.
Not the “do more, hold it all together” version.
But a softer, truer merry.
One rooted in presence, breath, and choice.
Thank you for being here.
For engaging with my work.
For breathing with me, coaching with me, joining the MembHership, listening to the podcast, and allowing me into your personal growth journeys.
Every message, comment, DM, and email you send reaches me more than you know. This has never been a one-sided relationship. I feel you: your courage, your wobbles, your breakthroughs, your stories, your deep desire to live more fully and more honestly.
I am eternally grateful to be in service, and deeply honored that you trust me (and trust yourself) enough to say yes to your own evolution.

My ritual of reflection always begins in November. I look back not with judgment, but with curiosity:
What unfolded?
What didn’t?
What surprised me?
What softened me?
What strengthened me?
Years ago, I used to cling tightly to outcomes: striving, pushing, gripping for certainty. But growth has taught me something essential:
Attachment is not alignment.
Of course, I still feel disappointment when things don’t unfold as I envisioned. I’m human. But now, instead of spiraling, I redirect. I place my energy where it wants to flow next. I allow life, and my breath, to guide me.
This past year, my word was Amplify… but not in the loud, frenetic, outward sense.
It became a gentler amplification:
of truthof intuition
of depth
of service
A shedding of noise and a returning to essence.
And as I listen in for what’s next, a word is quietly forming, one rooted in spaciousness. In slowing down enough to see clearly. In trusting that what is meant for us arrives when we stop gripping and start receiving.
The thread remains the same:
We expand by aligning, not by pushing.
Maybe you’re feeling that too.

This year, breathwork became an even deeper pillar of my life and work, through sessions at Platefit and KĀMA, private groups, corporate gatherings, and community events, as well as coaching alliances like Gritty In Pink. Again and again, I witnessed how breath gently brings people back to themselves with clarity, compassion, and steadiness.
The Opportunity Knocks podcast continued to be a source of joy and connection, allowing me to hold meaningful conversations with leaders, creators, innovators, and visionaries. Sharing those stories, especially with so many powerful women this year, reminded me why voice, presence, and truth matter.
Entrepreneurship remains a winding journey full of challenges, blessings, and beautiful reminders to trust the process. And through it all, this community has remained at the center of my purpose.
None of this happens without you.
As we step into a new year, I want to ask you one heartfelt question:
What is one thing you want to do, feel, or experience in the coming year?
One desire. One devotion. One truth you’re ready to honor.
Write back and tell me! Let me know so we can walk toward it together.
All things are possible.
Maybe not all at once, but absolutely, undeniably possible.
Don’t let another year pass with your soul whispering for something you keep postponing.
Choose to be alive.
Choose to live alive, through your breath, your choices, your presence, your truth.
My wish for you this season is simple:
May you create space: for joy, for connection, for stillness, for reflection, for laughter.
May you nurture what lights you up from the inside out.
May you remember that growth often lives in the quiet, curious, brave places.
May this holiday season bring warmth, peace, love, and moments of clarity.
May you feel supported, seen, and deeply connected to your own power.
And may you walk into the year ahead with openness, trust, and a willingness to receive what is already on its way to you.
Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Holidays, and a breath of new beginnings.
Love and light. Peace and stillness. Be merry and joyful.
Be well. Do well.
All my love,
M
